Kelsie Bothof joined the South Dakota State volleyball staff as a graduate assistant in June 2026.
Bothof, a graduate of Towson University, comes to SDSU with experience both as a student-athlete and staff member with the Tigers. She began her career as the Tigers' director of volleyball operations in November 2024 and was responsible for a number of operational duties, including travel, meals, camps and expenses reports. She also worked closely with the coaching staff on recruiting, practice planning and scouting for the Tigers.
In her two years at Towson - as a player in 2024 and on staff in 2025 - the Tigers compiled a 45-13 overall record. She has a degree in accounting from Towson.
Bothof also has experience coaching both indoor and beach volleyball with youth programs in Maryland and Virginia.
