ORLANDO, Fla. ? The South Dakota State women's tennis team ran away with a 7-0 win over La Salle on Wednesday at the Orlando Classic in Orlando, Fla.
The Jackrabbits dropped just seven games in the entire match in improving their dual record to 6-6 heading into Friday's match final match of the classic against St. Joseph's (Pa.).
Carrie Jansen won her No. 3 singles match in straight sets, as did Nellie Bloomberg at No. 4 singles. The two Jackrabbits then teamed-up to win their No. 2 doubles match 8-0. Katie Elifson won the No. 6 singles in straight sets, while Megan McDougall and Bethany Goeden won the No. 3 doubles 8-0.
