The Jacks enter the game with a 13-7 overall record, a 4-2 mark in league play and winners of four in a row after an improbable 71-57 win over South Dakota on Saturday that saw the Jacks erase a 20-0 deficit on the way to a 71-57 win.
The Coyotes started the game 6 for 8 from the floor in opening a 20-0 lead, but the Jackrabbits bounced back with a 28-2 run. After opening the game 0 for 15 from the field, SDSU made 11 of its next 15 shots, while the visitors made only two of their next 20 shots from the floor, which included a streak of 15 straight misses, after the 6 for 8 start.
SDSU led 31-29 at halftime, and after three ties and six lead changes in the second half, used a 25-6 run to take its largest lead at 67-50 with 2:20 left in the contest.
Fort Wayne comes to Brookings with an 8-10 overall record, a 1-4 mark in league play and riding a two game losing streak after dropping league games at home to South Dakota, 64-62, on Jan. 10, and at Oral Roberts, 62-58, in its last outing on Saturday.
