The Jackrabbits (17-7, 8-2 Summit) sit atop The Summit League standings after dropping their first two games of league play at Denver on Jan. 2, and at North Dakota State on Jan. 4, responding with eight straight wins.
The Mastodons (11-11, 4-5 Summit) enter the week riding a three game winning streak after a pair of road wins last week, while the Jaguars (8-14, 4-4 Summit), dropped their only game last week, falling 63-59 at Western Illinois on Friday.
SDSU avenged the loss to Denver in its last outing with a dominating 69-39 win over the Pioneers on Saturday at Frost Arena, and returns home from the road trip to host the Bison on Saturday, Feb. 14.
George Marshall led the all players in the win over Denver with 20 points on 7 of 10 shooting. Deondre Parks added 13 points and Cody Larson 12 points and five rebounds. Larson also blocked the 65th shot of his short career at SDSU, which puts him in a tie for 10th all-time at the school.
TONIGHT'S OPPONENT
FORT WAYNE MASTODONS (11-11, 4-5 Summit): Picked first in The Summit League Preseason Poll, the Mastodons opened league play with five losses in its first six league games, only to rebound with wins in their last three games.
