The South Dakota State women's basketball team concludes a three-game homestand Wednesday when it plays IUPUI at 7 p.m. in the friendly confines of Frost Arena.

The Jackrabbits enter the game ranked No. 6 in the latest CollegeInsider Mid-Major poll while IUPUI is receiving votes.

SDSU is in a four-way tie for first in the Summit League standings with records of 12-4 overall and 3-1 in league play.

The Jackrabbits improved to 6-1 this season in Frost Arena Jan. 7 with a 76-64 win over Omaha.

Sydney Palmer added a personal-best 20 points.

IUPUI lost both its games this past weekend, falling 64-44 at Omaha and 75-62 at South Dakota. The Jaguars are 11-5 overall and 1-2 in the league.

Wednesday's game is the 21st meeting between the Jackrabbits and the Jaguars. State leads the all-time series, 15-5, has won the last three home games in the series and is 8-1 in Frost Arena vs. IUPUI.
