Myah Selland scored a game-high 23 points to lead the South Dakota State women's basketball team to a 77-46 exhibition win over Mary Thursday night in front of 1,341 fans at Frost Arena.

Selland sank three 3-pointers on her way to the 23 points.
Macy Miller added 16 points. Selland,
Paiton Burckhard and
Tagyn Larson each snared seven rebounds.

Mary was led by Gabbie Bohl's 13 points and seven rebounds.

In the first half, the Jackrabbits used a 6-0 run to take an 8-6 lead on a pair of Larson free throws at 5:22. SDSU pushed its lead to four points when Miller converted a layup with 41 seconds left in the quarter.

Mary cut South Dakota State's lead to one, 15-14, on a 3-pointer by Cassie Askvig to open the second quarter. The Jacks scored the next six points to take a 21-14 lead. After another 3-pointer by the Marauders, SDSU scored 12 consecutive points for a 33-17 lead with 2:24 to go in the half.

Selland and Larson combined for 20 points in the first half as SDSU led 35-22 at halftime.
Miller scored eight of the first 10 points of the third quarter en route to helping the Jackrabbits pull away for a 54-31 lead going into the fourth quarter.
Notes
- With tonight's win, the Jackrabbits are now 24-0 in exhibition games in the Division I era.
- All 14 Jacks played and 10 scored.
- Rylie Cascio Jensen and Guebert each had three assists and Tylee Irwin had a game-high four steals.
- South Dakota State outscored the Marauders 52-8 in the paint and scored 30 points off turnovers.
