Coming off a season-opening win, the South Dakota State women's golf team plays in the sixth annual Minnesota Invitational Monday and Tuesday in Woodbury, Minn.

The 54-hole invitational is at the par-72, 6,241-yard Prestwick Golf Club. Action begins Monday with tee times from the first and 10
th holes at 7:40 a.m. and a 9:15 a.m. shotgun start Tuesday.

The 15-team field includes No. 24 Oklahoma and Louisville, which is receiving votes, in the Women's Golf Coaches Association Preseason Poll. Additionally, five of the teams—East Carolina, Louisville, Missouri, Notre Dame and Oklahoma played in the 2018 NCAA Regionals.

The Jackrabbits won the UNO Invitational Sept. 1 by a school-record 28 strokes. It was the second time in the last three years they won the event and it marked the 12
th title in program history.

Junior
Teresa Toscano won her second career individual title, shooting an even-par 216 (73-72-71) with an eagle and 10 birdies for the tournament on the par-72, 6,195-yard ArborLinks Golf Course.

The Jacks also claimed second and fourth place with junior
Sydney Bormann (74-73-75=222) and freshman
Mia Seeman (76-75-75=226).
