After finishing the first portion of The Summit League schedule 7-1, the South Dakota State women's basketball team meets Denver for a second time Thursday at 8 p.m. in Hamilton Gym in the Mile High City.

SDSU enters Thursday's game atop The Summit League standings with a 7-1 record and a 15-6 overall mark. The Pioneers are third with a 5-3 league record and are 12-9 overall.

- South Dakota State is 6-3 on the road this season. It is also 71-24 (.747) all-time in Summit League road games. SDSU has won 20 of its last 29 league road contests.
