The South Dakota State women's basketball team opens February with a 2 p.m. game Saturday at Oral Roberts in the Mabee Center.

SDSU enters Saturday's game atop The Summit League standings with an 8-1 record and a 16-6 overall mark. The Golden Eagles are tied for third with Denver with a 5-4 league record and are 12-10 overall.

The Jackrabbits won their sixth consecutive game with an 83-67 win at Denver Thursday. All-Summit League candidate Myah Selland led three Jacks in double-digit scoring with a game-high and career-high tying 21 points.

Oral Roberts snapped a three-game losing streak with back-to-back wins over North Dakota State (101-72) and Purdue Fort Wayne (66-56) in Tulsa.

Saturday's game is the 24th meeting between the Jacks and Golden Eagles. South Dakota State leads the series 17-6 and have won the last 12 games in the series.

Noteworthy
- South Dakota State is 7-3 on the road this season. It is also 72-24 (.750) all-time in Summit League road games. SDSU has won 21 of its last 30 league road contests, including the last five.
- The Jackrabbits are 287-100 (.741) all-time since joining The Summit League in 2007-08.
- For the seventh time since joining The Summit League, SDSU is off to a start of 8-1 or better.
- SDSU's six-game win streak is the longest since the 2015-16 team won eight in a row between Jan. 21 and Feb. 18 and the streak ranks 25th in the NCAA. South Dakota State is limiting opponents to 57.1 points during the win streak.
- In Summit League-only games, Oral Roberts is tops in 3-point field goals made, averaging 10.3 per game. South Dakota State ranks fourth (7.8).
- Two of the top 3-point shooters in the country square off Saturday—SDSU's Madison Guebert (69) and Oral Roberts' Lakota Beatty (68).
- Guebert is shooting 51.5 percent (17-33) from 3-point range in the last five outings.
- South Dakota State was ranked third in Graham Hays' Jan. 23 espnW mid-major poll.
- Macy Miller has scored 20-or-more points eight times. She averages a team-leading 17.2 points. The point guard ranks 37th in the NCAA in points (379) and 49th in field goals made (136).
- In the last five games, Miller is averaging 15.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists while shooting 42.4 percent from the field and 95.5 percent from the free-throw line.
- State has held 12 opponents to 65-or-fewer points, including seven to less than 50.
- There have been at least three Jackrabbits scoring in double digits 20 times this season.
- South Dakota State ranks among the top 30 nationally in five categories, including 10th in assists (384) and 27th in field-goal percentage (47.3).
