South Dakota State takes on Kansas State for the eighth time in the series' history Saturday afternoon. The contest will be played at Kansas City's Municipal Auditorium.
K-State has a 7-0 lead over SDSU in the all-time series. The teams last met at Frost Arena a season ago with K-State winning 79-73. The Jacks overcame an early 15-point deficit to lead by as many as eight points but ultimately fell to the Wildcats.
The Jackrabbits are 5-4 this year and most recently beat Northern Iowa Saturday 80-69 at home. The Jacks won their last neutral-site game 65-55 over No. 4/10 Louisville. K-State is 9-1 overall. The Wildcats most recently beat fellow Summit League team Kansas City 72-45 Wednesday night. K-State's last neutral-site game was a 69-53 loss to Arkansas at Paradise Jam in the Virgin Islands.
