South Dakota State hosts Western Illinois Saturday afternoon at Frost Arena. The Jackrabbits will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Title IX with special uniforms that commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 2003 Division II national championship.
The Jackrabbits are 17-5 on the year and 10-0 in conference action. The team is on a 10 game win streak and has won 13 of its last 14 contests. SDSU is 10-1 at home this year.
Western Illinois is 8-13 overall and 3-7 in Summit League play. The Leathernecks most recently fell to South Dakota, but before that won two straight against Kansas City and Oral Roberts. WIU is 2-9 on the road.
