The South Dakota State women's golf team opens its spring slate at the Lady Bison Bay Point Classic Sunday through Tuesday in Panama City Beach, Fla.
The Jackrabbits are one of 15 teams competing in the three-day, 54-hole tournament. Piper Stubbs will play in the No. 1 spot, followed by McKenzie Mages, Alex Kandolin, Tatum Depuydt and Shakira-Ann Kuys.Â
This is the squad's first competition since the White Sands Bahamas Invitational back in October. Stubbs led the Jacks at that event with a 19th-place finish. Lipscomb, the host of this weekend's tournament, won the White Sands Invitational.
