South Dakota State travels to Tulsa, Okla., for a Summit League matchup against Oral Roberts on Saturday. The Jackrabbits and Golden Eagles are slated for a 7 p.m. tipoff in the Mabee Center.Â

The Jacks are on a three-game winning streak following their 75-66 victory on Thursday over Kansas City in Frost Arena. A 20-0 first half run, along with two separate 15-point leads, had SDSU in control of the meeting before Kansas City responded. The Roos battled back and took a 64-63 advantage with 5:53 remaining. With the score tied at 66 and 2:15 on the clock, the Jackrabbits closed the contest out on a 9-0 scoring run.Â

Leading SDSU its last time out were a variety of standout performers.
Luke Appel matched his season high of 19 points on 9 of 18 from the field.
Charlie Easley recorded his first-career double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
Matt Mims registered a season-high 15 points, hitting the Jackrabbits' only two 3-pointers made, while
William Kyle III added 13 points and three blocks. Their win over Kansas City was their 10th straight in the series.

Junior guard
Zeke Mayo was held to nine points, ending a streak of eight straight games with 10-plus points. The reigning Ticketsmarter Summit League Peak Performer of the Week still recorded seven rebounds, a team-high four assists while playing an SDSU-most 36 minutes.

South Dakota State sits atop The Summit League standings with a 5-1 record while owning a 12-9 overall mark. The Jackrabbits' win streak includes victories over Omaha (90-87) and South Dakota (73-55). SDSU's lone loss was a 99-80 defeat at Denver on Jan. 13.

Oral Roberts enters Saturday's game with a 9-11 overall ledger and 3-4 record in conference action. The Golden Eagles beat Omaha on Thursday, 74-67, ending a three-game skid. Serving as ORU's leading scorers are Issac McBride (20.3), Jailen Bedford (14.7) and Kareem Thompson (13.4).Â

The Jackrabbits are 19-13 all-time against the Golden Eagles, but ORU has won four of the last seven meetings. SDSU lost both matchups a season ago, including a 79-40 result in Tulsa on Dec. 19 that was SDSU's lowest point total since 2006.
