STILLWATER, Minn. - Seven members of the South Dakota State women's golf team will compete in the Tommie Invite hosted by St. Thomas Monday and Tuesday at StoneRidge Golf Club.Â
Piper Stubbs will lead the Jackrabbits as the No. 1 golf, followed by McKenzie Mages, Molly O'Hara, Reese Jansa and Shakira-Ann Kuys. Anna Hjartardottir and Tatum Depuydt will play as individuals.
LAST TIME OUT
The Jackrabbits finished in 10th place at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic September 25 in Colorado.Â
SDSU led by senior Piper Stubbs, who tied for 23rd place in the final standings. She went 2-under par on the final lap and ended up with a 218 (+2) final scorecard.
Molly O'Hara and McKenzie Mages tied for 40th place with 222 (+6) tallies. Mages had 40 pars on the week, the most of all players at the tournament. Reese Jansa was one shot back in a tie for 46th place.
Shakira-Ann Kuys rounded out the lineup in a tie for 60th place (227, +11). Anna Hjartardottir tied for 69th place as an individual (231, +15). As a team, SDSU finished with an 882 (+18) final tally.
