BROOKINGS, S.D. - The South Dakota State women's basketball team topped Augustana 90-54 in exhibition action Wednesday night at First Bank & Trust Arena.
The Jackrabbits outscored the Vikings 21-9 in the second quarter to pull away. SDSU shot an even 50 percent from the floor and held Augie to 35 percent shooting.Â
The Jackrabbits officially open the season on the road at Creighton Monday, November 3. SDSU's home opener is against Rice at 7p.m. on November 7 at First Bank & Trust Arena.
