STILLWATER, OKLA. — South Dakota State's men's and women's cross country programs both finish 10th among power conference competitors at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet on Friday morning.
HEAD COACH ROD DEHAVEN
"I am really proud of how both teams performed today. It's the first time we put both teams in the top-10 at the regional level. The ladies tying their best finish ever is exceptional and I thought they ran extremely hard and brave today. On the men's side, if we had scored a just a few more points I think we would've walked away a little bit happier. It was a good run for Cody, maybe not a perfect day, but proud of how he raced as well. I really thought both teams performed well today. They found the heart, found the motivation and, again, I'm just super proud of how they performed today.
