State South Dakota State goes back on the road to take on Northern Iowa Wednesday night in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The Jackrabbits are 13-5 all-time against the Panthers.

SDSU enters the week 8-2 on the year and went 2-0 in the Big Sky-Summit League Challenge last week. The Jackrabbits ended the week with an 88-72 win over Northern Arizona.

Northern Iowa is 4-4 overall with recent wins over Illinois State and Toledo. The Panthers also have wins over Creighton and Northern Arizona, both SDSU opponents this season. Three players are averaging over 10.0 points per game, paced by 10.9 points per contest from Ryley Goebel. Elise Jaeger is a top rebounder for the Panthers (11.5 RPG) and is ranked first in the country in defensive rebounds, averaging 11.0.

KEY STORYLINES

South Dakota State heads to Cedar Falls on a three-game win streak and has scored at least 80 points in three straight games.
SDSU senior Brooklyn Meyer was named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week for the fourth time in the first five weeks of the season - the first Summit League player to do so since 2009-10. Meyer averaged 23.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and shot .667 over two wins.
Madison Mathiowetz is coming off a career-high 28 points, which she scored with the help of four 3-pointers at Northern Arizona Saturday. She is second on the team in scoring at 13.3 points per game and is .500 from beyond the arc this year.
SDSU's well-rounded offense has had nine players score 10+ points at least one time this season - Brooklyn Meyer, Madison Mathiowetz, Katie Vasecka, Emilee Fox, Maggie Hartwig, Mahli Abdouch, Hadley Thul, Ellie Colbeck and Brooklynn Felchle.
