2017-18: OUTDOOR: Competed in five pole vault events ... added back-to-back meets where he finished runner-up behind a fellow Jackrabbit teammate (Andera) ... finished second at the NSU Twilight (4/20) with a 14-00.00 mark - his then-best mark on the season, then came back with another runner-up finish at the Mount Marty Invite (4/25) by adding an outdoor PR (14-07.25) ... notched three marks over 14 feet for the second consecutive season ... was tied for the second-best pole vault mark (14th in the league) on the season performance list. INDOOR: Competed in five pole vault events ... ended the season with his season-best at the SDSU Last Chance (2/16), finishing fourth overall, third Jackrabbit (14-07.25) ... his third-best indoor mark of his career ... increased his season-best from 12-05.50 (Jim Emmerich - 1/20) by 2-01.75 feet ... added another fourth-place (14-00.00) finish at the Dakota Realty (2/3) and fouled on two other attempts ... had the team’s third-best pole vault mark (16th in the league) on the season performance list.
2016-17:
OUTDOOR: Competed in five events ... posted a season-best 14-05.25 in the pole vault at the Lyle Hokanson Classic (4/21-22), finishing fourth. INDOOR: Competed in seven events ... jumped a season-best 13-05.50 in the pole vault at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite (1/21), placing ninth.
2015-16:
OUTDOOR: Redshirted ... did not compete. INDOOR: Posted a personal-best pole vault of 15-01.00 at the SDSU Tune Up (2/19), placing seventh ... cleared a height of 14-07.50 at the Bison Classic (1/16), placing third.
2014-15:
OUTDOOR: Recorded personal-best pole vault height (13-00.25) at the Drake Alternative (4/25). INDOOR: Redshirted ... did not compete.
BEFORE SDSU: Won city championship in 2013 and 2014 and metro conference championship in 2014 ... placed eighth in the pole vault at the 2013 state track meet clearing a mark of 13-00.00 ... set a school record of 14-00.00 during the 2014 season, besting the old record by six inches ... was a three-year letter winner and was twice voted Jumps MVP ... older brother, Connor, ran cross country and track at SDSU.
