2021-22:
OUTDOOR: Set a personal best of 14:18.95 at the Bryan Clay Invite. He finished 4th in the 10,000 meters and the 1500 meters at the Summit League Meet. His 1500 at the league championship was a personal best of 3:52.08.
INDOOR: Scored in three events at the conference championships helping the Jacks win the league title. He finished 4th in the 3k in a time of 8:13.94, 5th in the mile and 5th in the 5000. He ran a personal best mile of 4:09.39 and a personal best 5,000 meters in a time of 14:25 at the SDSU Classic.
CROSS COUNTRY: He won the individual title at the Summit League Championships with a time of 24:33.3 helping the team to their 6th straight league title. He also became the first Summit League athlete to earn all-league honors 5 times in cross country. He was the top finisher for the Jacks at the Nuttycomb Invitational with a time of 24:44. Finished 54th at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet running 31:40 for 10,000 meters.
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Appeared in five meets participating in the 800, 1,500, 5,000 meters...placed fifth overall in the 5,000 meter final at the Summit League Outdoor Championships crossing the line in 14:48.18...also received a medal in the 1,500 meters at the outdoor championships with a time of 3:53.42...recorded a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet finding the line in 3:53.24.
INDOOR: Competed in three meets participating in the 800 meters, mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters...scored nice points for the Jackrabbits by finishing fourth in the 3,000 meters at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a personal best time of 8:19.32...Peters added a pair of fifth place finishes in the mile (4:11.10) and 3,000 meters (14:46.36.) also at the indoor championships...both marks were new personal bests.
CROSS COUNTRY: Placed sixth overall at the Summit League Championships clocking in with an 8K time of 25:21.30.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Season Canceled
INDOOR: He seized two sixth place finishes at the Summit League Championships with two personal best marks in the 3000 meters (8:30.04) and 5000 meters (14:50.82)... set a personal best in the mile with 4:12.83 at the SDSU Indoor Classic... opened the season with a 4:12.99 in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Invitational.
CROSS COUNTRY: He finished sixth at the Summit League Championships to earn first team all-league honors helping the Jacks to their fourth straight league title... his time at the league championships of 25:07 was a personal best for the 8k... placed 40th running 31:53 for 10000 meters at the NCAA Midwest Regional, which helped the Jacks to a program best fourth place team finish... fourth at the season opening Bison Open 6k in a time of 18:36.1.
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Finished 7th in the 1500 and 8th in the 5000 meters at the Summit League Championships... set a personal best in the 1500 meters at the Drake Relays on 4/24 with a time of 3:54.73 eclipsing his mark of 3:55.53 set a week earlier at the Bryan Clay Invite.
INDOOR: Scored valuable points in three events to help the Jacks win the their first team title where he ran the opening leg on the winning distance medley relay team, finished sixth in the mile and then fourth in the 5000 meters... ran a season best mile (4:16.26) and 3000 meters (8:32.19) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on 2/8 & 2/9... set a personal best in the 800 with a 1:56.53 at the SDSU Last Chance (2/15).
CROSS COUNTRY: FInished seventh at the Summit League Championships to help the team to their 3rd straight league title... led the team at Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a time of 25:12 for 8k to finish 11th... third at the season opening Bison Open 6k.
BEFORE SDSU: Four-time All-American ... two-time state champion in the 1,600m (2016-17), 3,200m (2016-17), and in cross country (2015-16) ... state champion as a part of the 2017 medley relay team ... named South Dakota Gatorade Player of the Year in 2015 and 2016 Argus Leader Cross Country Runner of the Year ... set personal-bests in the 1,600m (4:16), 3,200m (9:15), and 5,000m (15:28) ... four-time scholar athlete and a member of the National Honor Society.
