CHICAGO, Ill -- South Dakota State (3-2 overall) saw its two-match winning streak come to an end Saturday afternoon at DePaul as the Jacks fell, 6-1.
Tacy Haws-Lay was the lone Rabbit to pick up a win on the day as the sophomore defeated Caroliln Neumann, 6-3, 6-3.
Florencia Magni dropped the No. 1 singles matchup, 6-2, 6-0. Ffion Davies, Iasmin Rosa, Jenny Blackburne and Beatriz Souza also dropped single's matches on the day.
In doubles, Davies/Blackburne fell, 8-0, Rosa/Magni fell, 8-1 and Haws-Lay/Souza fell, 8-0.
SDSU returns to the courts tomorrow at Valparaiso.
