MINNEAPOLIS - The South Dakota State women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Minnesota Saturday afternoon at the Baseline Tennis Center.
Â
University of Minnesota is a quality team and it was a pleasure to play against them," head coach
Joey J. Barnes said. "Our girls realized that they need to be able to get more balls back in play as well as choose better shot selections. Additionally we need to be able to execute under pressure. We understand the limitations that we have during our practice sessions but we need to find better ways to perform no matter what. We look forward to our match against UNI tomorrow."

The Jacks lost the doubles point, going 0-3 against the Gophers.
Â
Morgan Brower was the only Jackrabbit close to a win with a 6-3, 6-4 loss at No. 4.
