With the start of the 53rd season of women's basketball at South Dakota State just under three weeks away, GoJacks.com sat down with the 2018-19 freshmen to find out a little bit more about the rookies donning the yellow and blue this season.
Meet 5-foot-10 guard and Blaine, Minnesota, native Sydney Stapleton.
South Dakota State fans will have their first chance to see the 2018-19 Jackrabbits in action Oct. 25 in an exhibition game versus Concordia (Neb.) at 7 p.m. SDSU also plays the University of Mary (N.D.) Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. in its final exhibition before traveling to Marquette for the season opener Nov. 6 at 11:30 a.m.
Basketball season tickets are on sale and fans can purchase tickets in a variety of ways, including calling (605) 688-5422, going online at JackrabbitTickets.com and in-person at the athletic ticket office located in Frost Arena.
