After playing 11 games away from the friendly confines of Frost Arena this season, the South Dakota State women's basketball team begins its final regular-season road trip at Omaha Wednesday. Tip is set for 7 p.m. game at Baxter Arena.

SDSU enters Wednesday's game atop The Summit League standings with a 10-1 record and an 18-6 overall mark. The Mavericks are last with a 1-10 league record and are 7-17 overall.

Wednesday's game is the 73rd meeting between the Jacks and Omaha. South Dakota State leads the series 42-30 and has won the last three.

- South Dakota State returned to the Associated Press poll this week, receiving one vote. The last time they received a vote was Dec. 31, 2018. SDSU has received one vote five times this season, starting Nov. 19, 2018.
- The Jackrabbits are 8-3 on the road this season. They are also 73-24 (.752) all-time in Summit League road games.
- The Jacks are 289-100 (.742) all-time since joining The Summit League in 2007-08.
- For the fifth time since joining The Summit League, SDSU is off to a start of 10-1 or better.
