The South Dakota State volleyball team announced the addition of a non-conference match to it 2021 spring schedule.

The Jackrabbits will open their season at Drake on Sunday, Jan. 24. The match is slated for 1 p.m. inside the Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

The Bulldogs finished last season 9-22 overall and 3-15 in Missouri Valley Conference play. The Jacks fell to Drake, 3-1, when they met last season at the EIU Panther Invitational.

On Monday, Jan. 25, State will return home for its Blue & Yellow Scrimmage at 7 p.m. at Frost Arena. The scrimmage will not be open to the public. The Jacks will open their 16-match Summit League schedule Jan. 31-Feb. 1 as they hosts Western Illinois.
