Paige Meyer has been named the TicketSmarter Summit League Women's Basketball Player of the Week. The freshman put together two solid performances in her first week of Summit League play.Â

In the Jackrabbits' 85-78 road win over Kansas City, Meyer poured in 22 points on 8-for-12 shooting for her second-highest scoring output of the season. She also grabbed seven rebounds, dished out four assists and recorded a steal to help snap the Roos' 10-game win streak.

At Oral Roberts, Meyer just missed a double-double as she finished with 11 points and a career-high nine assists. She finished 5-for-8 from the field, pulled down six rebounds and tallied a career-high three steals in the 71-51 victory.

Meyer led the league in assists this week with (13) and ranked third in field-goal shooting percentage (65 percent). She averaged 16.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 6.5 apg and 2.0 spg in the two games.
