South Dakota State volleyball goes on the road to take on Omaha and Denver this week as the team kicks off the second half of the Summit League season. SDSU is looking to get back in the win column following a pair of losses at home last week to Kansas City and Oral Roberts.
The Jackrabbits are 10-10 on the season and 4-4 in the Summit League heading into the weekend. The team sits sixth in the Summit League standings. Omaha is 12-7 on the year and 7-2 in conference action while Denver is 12-8 overall and 6-3 in the Summit.
KEY STORYLINES
- SDSU enters the week at 10-10 overall and 4-4 in the Summit League. The Jacks have already beat Omaha 3-2 at home this year and fell 3-1 to Denver.
- Crystal Burk has paced the Jackrabbit offense in all 20 matches this season. She averaged a team-high 5.13 kills per set in last week's contest.
- Crystal Burk ranks seventh in the nation in total kills (353), seventh in total points (391) and 10th in total attacks (957).
