South Dakota State volleyball's Crystal Burk was named this season's final TicketSmarter Summit League Offensive Peak Performer of the Week Tuesday afternoon by the conference office.

Burk averaged 5.17 kills per set in a pair of wins last week while hitting .420 for the Jacks. In Thursday's sweep over North Dakota, Burk notched 11 kills on .458 hitting. She followed that performance with 20 kills on .400 hitting in a three-set win over North Dakota State on Senior Day Saturday. The victories extended SDSU's win streak to seven matches.

This is the second Summit League weekly honor of Burk's career.

The Jackrabbits' season continues this week in the Summit League postseason tournament. SDSU, the No. 5 seed, opens the tournament against No. 4 Denver at 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
