McKenzie Mages of the South Dakota State golf team has been named the TicketSmarter Summit League Peak Performer of the Week by the league office.
Mages placed ninth at the Lady Bison Bay Point Classic earlier this week in Panama City Beach, Florida. She tallied a 229 (+13) three-day total that included an even-par 72 on the final round. Mages opened the last day with a birdie, then was steady the rest of the round. She ended the day with two birdies, 15 par holes and only one hole over par.
SDSU will return to action at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational hosted by Mercer February 17-19 in Greensboro, Georgia.
