The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, were announced by the organization on Tuesday. The South Dakota State women's soccer program had five individuals recognized in
Adrianne Agbayani,
Mallorie Benhart,
Mia Bosch,
Lauren Eckerle and
Zoe Wittkop.Â

The five Jackrabbits have been standouts in the classroom and on the pitch for SDSU.
Â
Eckerle completed her college career this fall. The SDSU senior already obtained a bachelor's degree in business economics. She's currently working towards another bachelor's degree in accounting, as well as a master's degree in economics. Eckerle holds a 4.0 GPA. She was also an Academic All-District Team honoree last year.

Benhart, a junior at South Dakota State, is in her second semester at the university after joining the Jackrabbits last spring. The SDSU goalkeeper has a 3.84 GPA in advertising.Â

Bosch completed her second season as a Jackrabbit during the 2025 slate. Majoring in physical education/teacher education, the SDSU forward/midfielder holds a 3.89 GPA.

Eckerle was a First Team All-Summit League selection. She also was a Summit League All-Tournament choice and was the Tournament MVP as the Jackrabbits claimed the 2025 Summit League tournament title. Benhart was a First Team All-Summit League and All-Tournament Team recipient. Bosch was named Second Team All-Summit League. The trio has advanced to the national ballot as CSC Academic All-America® finalists.Â

Agbayani and Wittkop also claimed Academic All-District Team accolades on Tuesday. Agbayani is studying mathematics and has a 3.96 GPA. Wittkop is majoring in mechanical engineering and holds a 3.94 GPA.Â

A student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average to be eligible. A student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, while they must have played in 90% of the institution's matches or started in at least 66% of matches. Â
