The Summit League announced its fall sport schedules on Wednesday, which includes an updated slate for the conference's women's soccer slate.Â

The Summit League women's soccer schedule will feature two separate pods consisting of four institutions each. South Dakota State will be in a pod comprising of North Dakota, North Dakota State and South Dakota. The four programs will play one another twice during the league slate.

The other pod consists of Kansas City, Omaha, Oral Roberts and St. Thomas. SDSU will play each of those teams once during the 2026 regular season schedule.Â

SDSU will play a total of 10 conference matches. The Jackrabbits will host matches against North Dakota (Sept. 27), Oral Roberts (Oct. 8), Kansas City (Oct. 11), South Dakota (Oct. 25) and NDSU (Nov. 1). SDSU travels on the road to face South Dakota (Sept. 24), NDSU (Oct. 4), St. Thomas (Oct. 15), Omaha (Oct. 18) and North Dakota (Oct. 29).

The Summit League Women's Soccer Championship will see quarterfinals take place on Nov. 6 or Nov. 7 with pod runner-ups serving as the host. The No. 1 overall seed and regular season championship will be the host of the Final Four with matches set for between Nov. 11-15.Â

South Dakota State closed the 2025 campaign with a 13-3-6 record. The Jackrabbits won their ninth Summit League tournament championship, setting the conference record in the process. SDSU's season ended with a 1-0 defeat at No. 5 seed Iowa. The Jackrabbits have won a total of 16 conference championships including 10 tournament titles since the program's inception in 2000.
