WHAT IS SAAC?
The Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a student organization comprised of representatives from each varsity sport program at South Dakota State University.
It is the mission of SAAC to represent Jackrabbit student-athletes in a way that: upholds the traditions of South Dakota State University, promotes leadership and communication, and encourages involvement in the campus and surrounding communities.
The committee meets weekly throughout the year and is responsible for things such as voting on behalf of Jackrabbit student-athletes for both NCAA and Summit League legislation and hosting annual events such as The Summit League Food Fight and Project Joy.
We represent the one and only South Dakota State University.
I am a Jackrabbit!
