BROOKINGS, S.D. – Oct. 29, 2015 – The South Dakota State University women's basketball team had four players score in double figures as the Jackrabbits recorded a 79-44 win over St. Cloud State University Thursday night in exhibition action at Frost Arena.
SDSU opened the game with a 9-0 run and never looked back.
Sophomore guard Macy Miller (Mitchell) and senior guard Gabrielle Boever (Worthington, Minn.) each scored a team-high 14 points. Junior guard Kerri Young (Mitchell) added 11 points while freshman guard Madison Guebert (Apple Valley, Minn.) scored 10 points. Boever made a team-best three 3-point field goals to go with three steals.
St. Cloud State was led by Amanda Christianson's 17 points.
The Jackrabbits conclude exhibition play against the University of Mary Nov. 5 at 6 p.m.
