BROOKINGS, S.D.—After playing its first home match in February since September 2012, the South Dakota State men's tennis team plays two of its next three Summit League matches in front of its home fans, a first since joining the league in 2007-08.

"It is going to feel great to play Summit League matches in the state of South Dakota. This weekend will be the first time since we joined the Summit League that we will be able to sleep in our own beds and compete at home. It is something we are really looking forward to after the response we had during our home matches in February," sixth-year head coach Michael Engdahl said. "Denver is the team everyone is trying to chase, and to have that opportunity in South Dakota is exciting. League play is the best time of the year and I know the team is ready to bring everything it has."
