MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The South Dakota State men's tennis team was swept 7-0 by Marquette Saturday evening at Helfaer Tennis Stadium.

"Today was a very good day," Ffion Davies said. "All the guys played such solid doubles and should be proud of how well they played and the energy they brought. Singles was tough. We fought very well and if we keep competing this way, results will start going in our favor."

Elliot Ward and Marco Paulo Castro came up short at No. 1 doubles with a 7-5 loss.

The Golden Eagles swept in singles and doubles to capture the win.
