Â
Senior
Colton Bender reset the school's record for indoor weight throw four times throughout the season and has the school record for outdoor hammer throw (set in 2017).
Â
Sophomore
Bryant Courter also was resetting school records during the indoor season in the triple jump. Throughout the season, he pushed his personal-best jump, resetting the school record four times and etching his name on three meet records (including in the indoor league championship record).
Â
Courter also posted personal-best top 10 marks in the high jump and long jump indoors. He is already in the school's top 10 for outdoor in long jump and triple jump.
Â
Junior
Krista Steele finally got the school record in the indoor 800m at the league championships, chasing teammate
Oksana Covey's 2017 mark all year. She also was within 0.10 seconds of tying Covey's school record in the indoor 600m.Â
Â
Steele already recorded a PR in the outdoor 800m and 1,500m, all in the same weekend. Her 800m mark is third all-time on the outdoor list.

Â
Last Time Out
The Jackrabbits hosted an indoor exhibition meet against South Dakota in the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex last Saturday. It provided a substitute for the canceled Dakota Duals that was scheduled for that Saturday.
Â
However, the marks made in the SJAC are not recorded on the outdoor performance lists.
Â
Outdoor Competition Resumes
The last time the Jackrabbits competed outdoors was the last weekend in March when the team split among three meets, two in California and one in Oklahoma.
Â
In Oklahoma, at the ORU Invitational, 22 personal-best marks were made from 13 Jackrabbits at the 2018 Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Â
Seven of the student-athletes posted career-best marks in multiple events at the ONEOK Sports Stadium.
Â
Sophomores
Haley Mottinger and
Kayla Neff were responsible for the most personal-bests on the team with three each - which was every event they competed in.
Â
Both of them competed in the same events (200m, 100H, LJ), with Mottinger leading the Jackrabbits in the 100m hurdles.
Â
Senior
