NEWTON, Kan. – The South Dakota State women's golf team is in fourth place following day two of the Summit League Championship.
The Jackrabbits shot a 314 in round two at the par-72, 6,030-yard Sand Creek Station Golf Course, sitting at a 59-over-par, 635. Denver leads the 9-team field at 47-over (623) while their own Mary Weinstein leads the 45-player field at 8-over.
Teresa Toscano is in third place at 10-over, shooting an 80 for a total of 154.
Mia Seeman fired a 76 to move up 11 spots. She now sits in a tie for 11th at 15-over (159).
Sydney Bormann moved up 17 spots, currently tied for 15th at 17-over, shooting a 76 to put her total at 161.
Cassidy Laidlaw is tied at 22nd (21-over), shooting an 82 to put her two-round total at 165.
Lani Potter shot an 85 to move to a tie for 27th. She sits with a 22-over score of 166.
Up Next
The conference championship will wrap up Tuesday with round-three action teeing off at 8:50 a.m.
