South Dakota State returns to Frost Arena Monday after four straight games on the road.
The Jackrabbits are 3-5 on the season, most recently losing to Northern Iowa 50-59 in Cedar Falls Saturday.
Paige Meyer and
Tylee Irwin pace the Jackrabbits with 11.1 and 10.0 PPG, respectively.
Paiton Burckhard chips in 8.4 points to go with a team-high 5.1 rebounds. Meyer gives out 3.5 assists per game.
Missouri State is 5-2 on the year with losses to Oklahoma State and LSU. The Bears most recently held William Jewell to just 26 points in an 81-26 victory Friday night.
Jasmine Franklin averages 15.4 points and 13.4 rebounds per game. Her rebounding average ranks first in the NCAA and she is the only player averaging more than 15 points, 13 rebounds, two steals and two blocks per game.

Nelson and Lindsey Theuninck shared the lead with 11 each against UCLA. Paiton Burckhard, Madysen Vlastuin and Haleigh Timmer have also had a game as the Jacks' high scorer.
- Burckhard joined SDSU's 1,000-point club earlier this season. She is the third active Jackrabbit to achieve the milestone, joining Myah Selland and Tylee Irwin on the list. State is one of just a handful of national programs with three or more 1,000 point scorers.
- Myah Selland made her first appearances of the season against UMass and UCLA at the Gulf Coast Showcase. The 2021 Summit League Player of the Year and Honorable Mention All-American averaged 7.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 16 minutes per game in Florida.
