PALM DESERT, Calif. – South Dakota State men's golf improved to 10
th at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate among a competitive 21-team field.

As a team the Jackrabbits shot a 296 (+8) in round two for a 36-hole total of 588 (+12). Georgia Tech sits atop the leaderboard with 571 (-5) through two rounds after the previous leader, Kansas, withdrew from the event. Oregon is in second with 297 (-1).

Jack Tanner is tied for 18
th after shooting a 76 (+4) in round two.
Liam Georgiadis stayed consistent with a one-over 73 for the second straight round. The freshman improved to tied for 29
th.

Matthew Schafer recorded a 75 (+3) in the second round for a 36-hole total of 148 (+4). Tied for 67
th is
James Temple who shot a second-round score of 73 (+1).
Will Frazier showed improvement on day two and is now tied for 82
nd with a total of 154 (+10).

Lucas Schaefbauer has a two-round score of 160 (+16).
