EUGENE, Ore. – The South Dakota State men's golf team is in 12
th place after the first two rounds of the Oregon Duck Invitational.

After two weeks off, the Jackrabbits returned to action Monday at the par-71, 7,039-yard Eugene Country Club. SDSU recorded a team score of 311 (+27) in the first round, followed by a 299 (+15) for a 36-hole total of 610 (+43). Host team Oregon leads the 15-team field at four-over 572, while Oregon State is in second with 574 (+6).

James Temple and
Matthew Schaefer pace the Jackrabbits tied for 48
th with 36-hole scores of 152 (+10). Temple shot even par to lead SDSU in the first round, while Schaefer carded a two-over 73 in the second round.

Jack Tanner is tied for 52
nd with 80-73—153 (+11), followed by
Liam Georgiadis who's tied for 60
th after carding scores of 83 and 73.
Will Frazier fired 81's in back-to-back rounds to tie for 79
th.
