ST. GEORGE, Utah - South Dakota State golf remains in 11th place following the second round of the Thunderbird Invitational at the Sunbrook Golf Course Saturday.
The Jacks carded a 300 on the day, one more stroke than Friday's card, to remain steady on the leaderboard. After finishing the opening round in 12th, Jack Tanner slipped to 34th Saturday. Liam Georgiadis climbed to to 52nd in the standings with a 71 Saturday, an eight-stroke improvement from his first round score.
Jonah Dohrer is one shot behind Georgiadis at 151, followed by Ty Kretz at 152. Harry Duggan rounds out the Jackrabbit competitors.
SDSU wraps up the tournament with the final 18 holes Sunday. All results can be found at GolfStat.com
