DeBARY, Fla. - The South Dakota State women's golf team is in Florida Monday and Tuesday this week for the Babs Steffens Invitational hosted by Stetson University.
The Jackrabbits will join 13 other teams at the DeBary Golf Club for a 54-hole tournament over two days. Piper Stubbs will play in the No. 1 spot, followed by Shakira-Ann Kuys, Alex Kandolin, McKenzie Mages and Tatum Depuydt. Stubbs has finished in the top-10 in each of the team's last three outings.Â
Most recently, SDSU placed sixth out of 14 teams at the Spring Jackrabbit Invitational March 13-14 in Boulder City, Nevada. Stubbs took eighth in the individual standings.
Following this week's tournament, SDSU will travel to Texas for the Lamar Cardinal Challenge April 3-4.Â
