COLUMBUS, Ohio - The South Dakota State men's golf team will wrap the regular season at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate hosted by Ohio State Friday-Sunday at the OSU Golf Course.Â
Due to anticipated weather in Columbus the teams will play as many holes as weather conditions allow on both Friday and Saturday, then finish the tournament Sunday. As of Thursday, the tournament is intended to be three rounds (54 holes). Tee times begin at 7:30 a.m. Friday morning.Â
Ty Kretz will lead the Jackrabbits in the No. 1 spot this weekend, followed by
Matthew Schaefer,
Jonah Dohrer,
Luke Honner and
Noah Boraas. This is the same group of five that posted a season-best 869 (+5) tally at the Hawkeye Invitational last weekend. Kretz currently averages 72.68Â strokes per round, which is one of the top marks in the Summit League.Â
Following the weekend at Ohio State, SDSU will compete at the Summit League Championship April 30-Mary 31 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
