Won the Dordt University Holiday Inn Express Classic with a time of 24:06.5 (10/11)... Finished in the top-five with an 8K PR of 24:00.5 at the Summit League Cross Country Championships (11/1)... Rounded out the season with a 10K PR of 31:57.1 to place in the top-50 at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet (11/14).

2024-25:
OUTDOOR: Competed in two meets unattached... Finished 15th in the 1500m at 4:05.91 at the USD Tune Up (5/3)... Ran the 1500m in 4:04.67 to claim bronze at the USD Twilight (5/9).
INDOOR: Competed in six meets... Kicked off the season with a third-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:21.90 at the USD Alumni Meet (1/18)... Took third again in the mile with a time of 4:18.43 at the SDSU Open (1/31)... Posted two personal records at the SDSU Classic, starting with a 3000m run of 8:25.95 to finish sixth, and he posted a mile time of 4:17.26 to take 22nd. (2/14).
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets... kicked off his collegiate career with a 26:43.1 8K time at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20)... Placed 36th at the SDSU Classic with a time of 26:02.8 (10/4)... Clocked his first finish under 26 minutes at the Drews/Neubauer Invite with a time of 25:41.1 to take 17th (10/19)... Ended the season with a PR at the Summit League Championships with a time of 25:25.8 to place 24th (11/2).
