CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Finished 68th with an 8K time of 29:20.9 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20)... Clocked an 8K time of 25:00.8 to finish sixth at the SDSU Classic (10/4)... Placed in the top-25 with a time of 25:29.4 at the Summit League Championships (11/2).

2023-24:
OUTDOOR: Finished 3rd in the 10,000 meters at the Summit League Championships to earn all-conference honors running a time of 30:20.64. He also finished 8th in the 5,000 meters. He ran a season best in the 1500 meters of 3:50.08 at the Gary Wilson Invitational. His season best in the 5,000 meters came at the Leopard Distance Classic with a time of 14:28.64.
INDOOR: Earned all-league honors by running the anchor leg on the distance medley relay team. He also picked up points in the mile with a 7th place finish. Ran a season best in the mile of 4:10.10 at the Iowa State Classic. He ran a season best of 8:19.34 in the 3,000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic. He also won the 3,000 meters at the Jim Emmerich Invite with a time of 8:22.73.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in 6 meets including the Summit League Cross Country Championships where he finished 26^th in a time of 25:29.7. Ran 24:23.2 at the Arturo Barrios Invite. Ran at the NCAA Midwest Regional where he ran 33:41.3 for 10,000 meters. Ran 19:51.6 for 4 miles at the Augie Twilight to finish 14^th. Named to the Summit League All-Academic team.

2022-23:
OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800 and 1500 at four different meets…ran season best 800 (1:55.56) and 1500 (3:52.69, third place) at Kip Janvrin Open…finished second in the 1500 at both the USD Early Bird and Wildcat Classic
INDOOR: Ran a personal best 5000 time of 15:14.31, took fourth with the DMR team and finished eighth in the mile at conference championships…finished sixth in the mile at Nebraska Tune-Up with a PR of 4:11.20…clocked a personal best 8:21.58 in the 5000 at SDSU Indoor Classic…ran a PR of 1:28.64 in the 600 at Bison Team Cup
