OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets... Opened the season with a top-five finish in the 1500m with a time of 3:46.26 at the Stanford Invitational (4/5)... Assisted the DMR team in its historic first-place finish at the Drake Relays with a time of 9:37.05 to topple the 50-year old program record by 10 seconds (4/18)... PRed in the 800m with a time of 1:48.91 to finish fourth at the Cyclone Twilight (5/9)... Placed 11th in the 800m at 1:53.13 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/15).
INDOOR: Redshirted... Competed unattached in the mile at the Iowa State Classic and the SDSU Indoor Classic... Finished ninth at the ISU Classic with a time of 4:07.83 (2/8)... Took 17th with a time of 4:14.64 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14).
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Won the Coyote Invite 6K with a time of 18:26.4 (8/30)... Finished 37th at the Roy Griak Invitational with an 8K time of 25:48.9 (9/20)... Took 18th at the Summit League Championships with an 8K personal record of 25:07.6 (11/2).
2023-24:
OUTDOOR:Â Finished 8th in the 800 meters in the Summit League Championships, also finished 10th in the 1500 meters. He ran a season bests in the 1500 meters (3:46.00) and 800 meters (1:50.40) at the Bryan Clay Invite. Both marks landed him on the SDSU All-time top 10 lists. Finished 3rd in the 800 meters at the Gary Fanelli Distance Classic with a time of 1:50.82.
INDOOR:Â Earned all-conference honors in the mile run at the Summit League Championships. He also placed 6th in the 800 meters. He ran a season best in the mile to win the SDSU Classic in 4:06.19. His season best in the 800 meters came at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 1:51.82. Also ran a leg on the 4x800 meter relay team that ran 7:42.16, which is second best in school history, at the SDSU D2/NAIA meet.
CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted... Ran 25:48 at the St. John’s Fall Finale to finish 2nd competing unattached.
