Indoor:Â Redshirted ... competed in seven events unattached ... ran season-best 11:25.57 in the 3,000m at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite (1/21), placing sixth ... posted a season-best 5:27.74 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10-11), finishing 52nd.
Before SDSU: Two-time cross country all-American (2012, 2015) … four-time all-conference in cross country, and three-time all-state selection … won the individual title at the state cross country meet in 2012, and was runner-up in 2015 … won back-to-back track state titles in the 3,200m (2015, 2016) … finished sixth in the 1,600m at the state track meet in 2015 … named the 2016 Argus Leader Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year … honored with the Yankton Press and Dakotan Female Athlete of the Year award … earned six varsity letters in cross country and five in track and field.
