After hosting four-straight home games in the friendly confines of Frost Arena the last two weeks, the South Dakota State women's basketball team travels south for a 4 p.m. game at Creighton Friday.

SDSU improved to 8-2 with a 76-44 win over Bowling Green Dec. 9.
Macy Miller scored a game-high 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds.

Creighton, 5-3, has won its last two games. It defeated Omaha, 72-51, in its last outing Dec. 10.

Friday's game will be the 10th meeting between the Jackrabbits and the Bluejays. Creighton leads the series 6-3.

- The Jackrabbits received three votes in Monday's Associated Press poll, three votes in Tuesday's USA Today's Coaches poll and are second in the CollegeInsider Mid-Major poll.

- State has held seven of its 10 opponents to 65-or-fewer points, including three to less than 50. Opponents are averaging just 58 points in the last five games.
