South Dakota State faces a well-rested and offensive-minded team when it plays Drake Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

The Jackrabbits dropped to 8-3 with a 72-65 loss at Creighton Friday. Macy Miller scored a team-high 17 points and dished four assists.

Drake, 5-5, took this week off for finals after losing in double overtime to Nebraska, 89-84, Dec. 9. The Bulldogs rank 15th in the country in scoring, averaging 85.1 points per game.

Sunday's game will be the second meeting between the Jackrabbits and the Bulldogs. Drake leads the series 1-0.

- The Jackrabbits received three votes in Monday's Associated Press poll, three votes in Tuesday's USA Today's Coaches poll and are second in the CollegeInsider Mid-Major poll.
- SDSU was also ranked second in Graham Hays' Dec. 13 espnW mid-major poll.
- State has held seven of its 11 opponents to 65-or-fewer points, including three to less than 50. Opponents are averaging just 58.4 points in the last five games.
- There have been at least three Jackrabbits scoring in double digits in five of 11 games.

- Junior forward Becca Jonas averages a team-leading 6.2 rebounds per game. Drake is being outrebounded by 1.5 caroms a game.
- Bachrodt is dishing 4.0 assists per game. Seven Bulldogs have 20-or-more assists.
- Bachrodt is the Bulldogs' top 3-point threat, sinking 38.2 percent (21-55) of her shots.
