The South Dakota State women's basketball team plays its final regular-season home game Saturday when it hosts Oral Roberts on Senior Day in the friendly confines of Frost Arena.

Prior to tip Saturday, three seniors—Tiffaney Flaata, Alexis Alexander and Ellie Thompson—will be honored. The trio has a combined record of 94-30 entering the game.

The Jackrabbits are 20-5 overall and sit second in league play, a game and half behind South Dakota, with an 9-1 mark.

SDSU won its 12th home game of the season and fifth home league outing with a 95-59 win over Denver Thursday. Summit League Player of the Year candidate Macy Miller scored a game-high 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the field to lead five Jackrabbits in double digits in scoring.

Oral Roberts is 15-9 overall and 6-4 in The Summit League. It is fourth in the league standings.

The Golden Eagles came from behind Thursday for a 64-57 win at North Dakota State. Senior Faith Ihim recorded her fifth double-double of the season with 17 points and a career-best 14 rebounds.

SDSU has won 14 of the last 18 games against league members, dating to last season.

Saturday's game will be the 22nd meeting between the Jackrabbits and the Golden Eagles. SDSU leads the series 15-6. South Dakota State won the season's first meeting, 77-70, Jan. 13, in Tulsa.

Noteworthy

South Dakota State is 12-2 this season in the friendly confines of Frost Arena. It is also 479-121 (.798) all-time in home games, including 81-8 (.910) in home Summit League games.
The Jackrabbits rank sixth in free-throw percentage (77.9), 14th in 3-point field goals made (220), 16th in 3-point field-goal attempts (616) and 16th in assists (418) and 22nd in 3-pointers per game (8.8) in the NCAA. Junior Madison Guebert is fifth in free-throw percentage (93.2).
South Dakota State was ranked seventh in Graham Hays' Feb. 7 espnW mid-major poll. It was ranked No. 1 in the Nov. 15 poll and second in the Nov. 29, Dec. 13, Jan. 9 and Jan. 24 polls.
The Jackrabbits have won nine of their last 10 contests.
State has held 16 of its 25 opponents to 65-or-fewer points, including five to less than 50.
There have been at least three Jackrabbits scoring in double digits in 17 of 25 games. In the last five games, four Jacks are averaging double figures, led by Macy Miller's 17.4 ppg.
Miller has scored 20 or more points 12 times. She averages 18.3 points per game.
Already the Summit League's all-time wins leader, head coach Aaron Johnston enters Saturday's game two wins shy of 150 career Summit League wins.

SDSU averages 78.3 points per game and limits foes to 62.4 points per outing.
On the boards, Ellie Thompson and Tagyn Larson are SDSU's leading rebounders, grabbing 5.7 caroms an outing. The Jackrabbits are outrebounding opponents by 6.6.
The Jackrabbits' top 3-point threat is Guebert, who is sinking 2.6 treys per game.
Miller is the Jacks' top playmaker, dishing 3.1 assists per game.

Oral Roberts

Oral Roberts, which began a five-game road swing Feb. 3, is 5-5 overall and 3-1 in league road games.
The Golden Eagles are led offensively by senior Faith Ihim. The forward averages 14.2 points per game. Junior forward Maria Martianez (12.3) and freshman guard Maya Mayberry (10.8) are also averaging double digits.
Oral Roberts averages 69.5 points per game and gives up 59.4.
Martianez averages 7.5 rebounds. The Golden Eagles are outrebounding opponents by 5.5 caroms a game. She also dishing 2.6 assists per game.
Sophomore guard Sarah Garvie is the ORU's top 3-point threat, sinking 35.8 percent (48-134) of her shots.
The Golden Eagles are shooting 45.6 percent from the field, 35.7 percent from 3-point range and 66.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Breaking Down the Oral Roberts Series

Saturday's game will be the 22nd meeting between SDSU and Oral Roberts—a series that began when the Jackrabbits joined The Summit League at the start of the 2007-08 season.
The Jackrabbits lead the series 15-6 and have won the last 10 games.
In this season's first meeting in Tulsa, Macy Miller scored a game-high 26 points on 11-of-18 shooting from the field. She also collected seven rebounds and four assists in the 77-70 win.
Last year, State swept the regular-season series, winning the first meeting Jan. 14, 78-57, in Tulsa and 82-35 Feb. 8 in Brookings. In The Summit League tournament, SDSU won 65-50.
The teams split the first series in 2007-08 before the Jackrabbits won four in a row, including a 77-49 win at the 2009 Summit League Championship.
Oral Robert swept the 2009-10 regular-season games, but SDSU upset top-ranked ORU in the league championship, 79-75 in overtime. The Jacks were leading 78-75 in the final 10 seconds of overtime when Kristin Rotert stripped Kevi Luper of the ball and sank one of two free throws to seal the victory and send SDSU to its second consecutive NCAA Tournament.
The Golden Eagles won the next three games in the series before the Jackrabbits began their current 10-game winning streak.
In six games, Macy Miller averages 16.0 ppg against Oral Roberts. She is also shooting 50.7 percent from the field. Guebert averages 11.3 ppg in six outings.
In nine games, Ellie Thompson averages 10.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per game and is shooting 50 percent from 3-point range.
