Golf Unveils 2019-20 Women's Schedule

South Dakota State golf released its schedules for both its men's and women's programs Wednesday morning.
Each team will play 11 events over the course of the season, broken down to five events in the fall and five in the spring, capped with the Summit League Championship in Newton, Kan.
"We are excited about our 2019-2020 schedule," said assistant coach Maggie Murphy. "The next step in our programs evolution is playing against better competition and we look forward to the challenge."
The women will start the year Sept. 9 at the NDSU Fall Match Play in Fargo, N.D.
SDSU will play in the Mercedes Benz Women's Collegiate Championship Sept. 16-17 in Knoxville, Tenn. and the Mary Fossum Invitational Sept. 22-23 in East Lansing, Mich.
The Aggie Invitational in Las Cruces, N.M. (Oct. 7-9) and Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown in Boulder City, Nev. (Oct. 27-29) will wrap up the team's fall schedule.
The Reynolds Lake Oconee Collegiate will open up the spring schedule for the Jacks, Feb. 21-23, before the team hosts its 11th annual Jackrabbit Invitational March 9-10 in Boulder City, Nev.
Two days later on March 12-13, the jacks play in St. George, Utah in the Lady Thunderbird Invitational.
The Jacks will head to Puerto Vallarta March 19-21 for the Hawkeye-El Tigre Invitational at the El Tigre-Paradise Village Golf and Country Club.
The Wyoming Cowgirl Classic in Maricopa, Ariz. April 6-7 rounds out the regular season schedule before the Summit League Championships take place April 26-28 in Newton, Kan.
